With the 2020 surge in at-home exercising due to the COVID-19 pandemic, DeskCycle was facing very steep sales goals in 2021 and was having a hard time keeping up. The branding needed major updates - it looked like the machine was only for elderly patients, the color palette was unappealing, and the branding didn't resonate with a younger demographic.
